Step Four:

Find The Perfect Property

Make an offer on the right investment property and be poised to handle negotiations with ease. Have an attorney by your side as a strong legal asset.

Step Five:

Prep For Sale & Market Your Property

We help package the property and position it to sell. We utilize our network and connections to sell the property.

Step Six:

Sell Or Assign Your Contract

We either sell your property or assign your contracted property to another party.

Cost Of Mentorship

Mentorship starts at $1,000 per month and includes not only education, but also having an expert at your side during every property in which you choose to invest.

BetterFlips.com offers a unique model that positions students like you toward having more money in your pocket when your mentorship program concludes than when you started. Students in the wholesale program share their proceeds between themselves and their mentor, often more than covering the cost of the mentor program.
